I’m writing this post from 37,000 feet in the air. On my way back from Texas. Had an interesting phone call with my son where he mentioned some interesting thoughts about what was in Texas. It reminded me of how I hear so many business owners say that their business is different. They will insist that their market is different and successful marketing practices won’t work for their customers.
But the fact is, customers are pretty much the same no matter what industry you are in. You are dealing with people. Even if you do B2B sales, you are still dealing with people.
